L’avenir de notre gastronomie

The Young Masters© est le nom de la nouvelle section “jeunes” des Mastercooks of Belgium®. Il ne s’agit pas d’une nouvelle association mais bien d’un laboratoire expérimental au sein des Mastercooks of Belgium®. Ce groupe culinaire de jeunes est constitué de chefs belges qui vont expérimenter de nouvelles idées pour emmener la cuisine belge vers un futur encore plus fort et attirant, ceci tant en Belgique qu’à l’étranger.
